It connects the remote Pangi valley town of Killar (Chamba district, HP) with Kishtwar in Jammu & Kashmir. This is an expert-only expedition drive, not a scenic outing. The surface is rough, passing places are scarce, and the exposure is extreme; it is also seasonally affected by snow, landslides and rockfall. **Access:** an extremely dangerous cliff road. High-clearance 4x4 only, travel in a group, and do NOT attempt it solo, in rain, or when the road is wet or damaged.
